What would you value a 2nd hand 5 piece drum kit?

I contacted a friend of a friend about buying his drum kit, he offered me £120 for it, however it isn’t brand new and it may be 2nd/3rd hand.
It has a Bass drum,snare,high-hat and 3 toms, how would you value it?
